7.- How do you apply Elicina on the skin?

Its application must be twice a day (am/pm) every day in a small amount over clean skin.
It mustn’t be applied more than twice a day on the face for this skin is more delicate than the rest of the body and could cause blemishes due to excessive exfoliation.
If Elicina is used in other parts of the body it could be used up to 3 times a day, like for example, old scars that take more time to obtain results. If 3 daily applications bring about blemishes or irritation, reduce to 2 applications.
Elicina must not be in direct contact with the eyes for it will sting. If such is the case, rinse off with plenty of water.

8.- How long must you wait to apply Elicina on a scar due to surgery?

Once your doctor has released you as a patient, unless he indicates otherwise,
After major surgery, many times a scar can look like a thick wrinkled cord with a darker pigmentation, this is called queloid. Many people have the tendency to form queloids. With Elicina application on these queloids twice a day, pigmentation should resemble that of healthy skin, the wrinkle ness of the queloid begins to soften and the thickness of the cord begins to diminish to a point of almost imperceptible.

9.- What are the benefits of Elicina for being a hypoallergenic cream?

All hypoallergenic products offer a wider range of safety in its use as well as a larger number of consumers who can benefit from its qualities.
Elicina is not an exception to this rule, what makes it really special is that it belongs to a select group of only 3% of natural creams with protein extracts that can be labeled hypoallergenic.
But do remember that this excludes people that unfortunately may result allergic to Elicinas’ active principal, if such is the case, user must discontinue use immediately.

10.- Can Elicina help me with my acne?

Yes. Elicina efficiently fights acne and the after effects that may remain on the skin like scars, marks, darker pigmentation, blemishes and greasy skin. There are some basic cares we must adopt in order to fight this unpleasant illness from its core, for example:

• Take care of our diet: avoid meals with to much oil (fried food, nuts, almonds etc…)

No.  Even more, we recommend people with dry skin to apply a moisturizing or nourishing cream of their preference after Elicina.

13.- Will I get skin spots if I expose myself to sunlight?

No.  Elicina has that great quality, it contains Glycolic Acid in percentages given by nature, enough to be efficient but not too much to spot your skin if exposed t sunlight. Further more it is accompanied by a great skin regenerator that is also present in natural form called Allantoin. The quick regeneration of skin tissue limits the possibilities of this to spot if exposed to sunlight.
The skin spots when this regeneration is slow, like the natural regeneration of our skin tissues that we all have. This natural regeneration begins to slow down and looses strength as years go by just as we loose Collagen and Elastin.

14.- Will Elicina help me diminish wrinkles?

It is important to remember that our face is the part of the body with the most delicate skin there for you must not apply the cream more than twice a day. If you ever feel uncomfortable tightening due to the exfoliation or for the reason that the cream lacks natural moisturizers, you can apply a moisturizer of your preference after Elicina in order to avoid this discomfort or you can also reduce the applications to once a day.
During the first month you should see results with expression lines and wrinkles.

15.- I have flat warts on my face, will Elicina help me eliminate them?

Yes. This has been the farmer’s method and very ancient way to eliminate warts. Long time ago Chilean farmers would put live snails on their warts so that these would disappear.
Well, in time, with technological advances and our discovery we have been able to take this active principal (the extract) to a higher level, a cosmetological cream based on snail extract, free of bacteria and dermatologically tested. Just apply Elicina over the wart(s) or over a whole area like the face for example, twice a day in small amount and you will see results in a short period of time.

16.- I have sensitive skin, I’ve been using Elicina for a week and my skin is blemished, flaked and irritated, what is this due to?

People that are known to have sensitive skin could have this reaction. It is the response of the skin to the powerful natural exfoliant agent contained in Elicina called Glycolic Acid. It is also important to mention that if a person with sensitive skin applies the cream with no restriction on the amount and frequency, specially in the area of the face, without taking into consideration more delicate parts of this area like for example the eyelids, could ignite a violent reaction.
It is advised first to clean the face of all impurity with simple water and neutral soap. Then, there is the process of preparing the skin with moisturizing or nutritive creams applied to those most affected areas, this would assure a better global result without such a violent reaction from the natural components of the cream. Elicina then should be applied in small amounts in different facial areas.
The general rule is to use Elicina twice a day (am/pm) but in the event of sensitive skin that is blemished and irritated, even after preparing it as above mentioned, you must discontinue the use of this product.

17.- I have dark spots on my hands and I’ve been using Elicina for the past 3 weeks and I still can’t see results, what am I doing wrong?

You must aware that if you use Elicina specifically on dark spots on your hands, two applications of Elicina a day will not be enough, you must apply Elicina every time after you wash your hands in order for it to be in constant contact and have time to produce its effect.
This could increase the applications to 4 or 5 times a day, in this specific case there would not be a problem.

18.- When I use Elicina on my face for an acne lesion I can see big pimples form, why is this?

The effects of the natural antibiotics present in the cream can many times gather a lot of impurities captured underneath the skin and gather them all in one place in order to liberate it afterwards with the help of the exfoliant agent present in the cream.You must be aware that this may happen after a couple of applications in the beginning.  In the even that this persists (after a week or so) and finally does not disappear like above mentioned, discontinue its use and consult your physician.
